Happy Halloween! Noelie and Eli were escorted trick or treating with MiMi and PawPaw (and their parents) via the red wagon. That's the way they roll. Speaking of rolling - Check out Eli's legs in that costume! LOL! So cute even from behind. Noelie reprised her role as Cinderella. When fully dressed exclaimed (with gloved hands gently on face) "I AM Cinderella." Followed by "Oh, NOOOO where is my prince." Look out dad!
They had a great time trick or treating. This is the first year we've been in our neighborhood for Halloween and it was rockin! Five jumbo bags of candy and just now 9:00 PM and we are wiped out. Noelie was very good about asking for candy but the drama happened when it came time to come back home and hand out the candy we had bought to give away. She'd cry every time the doorbell rang for the first hour! LOL! She saw her supply slipping away and was none too pleased. So after being sent to bed and having to listen to the bell continue to ring she decided on the 'if ya can't beat em join em' mantra and helped me hand out candy in her PJs. Sent everyone off with a "Happy Halloween", "You only get two candies (which never happened as most kids grabbed as much as they could)" and "Look both ways before you cross the street!"
Note to future trick-or-treaters: If you are old enough to be dressed as a pimp, you are too old to be going around asking for candy!!!! I mean, really!
