Today was Go Texan Day for Noelie's school and she insisted I take her picture with her rocking horse before we left as she was so proud of her boots (Horsie's hair accessory added by Noelie). Little did we know that the rocking horse would be small potatoes compared to what we saw later in the day. She was all dressed up in her western wear and as luck would have it we were going down the road and passed where the PV Trail Riders were camping out on their way to the Houston Livestock Rodeo. She was so comfortable on the horse it made me a little nervous!
